Examining how the field of clinical research approaches diversity and inclusion gives us a baseline understanding upon which we can build as we continue to make necessary changes for improvement in the future. ICON looked at the barriers to accessing under-represented subgroups, the regulatory landscape and how organisations are addressing this issue.
