ICON's bioanalytical laboratories in Assen and Lenexa have dedicated teams running flow cytometry assays. These teams are extremely flexible as samples often arrive that require immediate analysis.
We always investigate the stability of samples to improve operational efficiency, but can also analyse samples immediately upon arrival as needed.
Next to immunophenotyping, we run a lot of receptor occupancy (RO) assays and also use flow cytometry as a read-out for cell-based neutralizing antibody (nAb) assays.
